Lease Terms
The Tenant agrees to lease the apartment located at Flat 4 Riverside Apartments Kileleshwa for a period of 6 months commencing September 1 2025 at a monthly rent of KES 80000 payable by the 5th of each month. The Tenant shall maintain the property in good condition and comply with all estate regulations. No subletting is allowed without the Landlords written permission. The Landlord reserves the right to access the property with 48 hours prior notice for maintenance purposes.
