Privacy, explained clearly.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you use Plural Properties websites, mobile applications, communications, and related marketplace services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to visitors, account holders, property owners, agents, landlords, tenants, professionals, and other people who interact with the Services.
A third-party website, payment provider, mapping provider, social network, or other service may have its own privacy policy. This policy does not replace the policies of those third parties.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, location, profile photograph, and login details.
- Listing and professional profile information, including property details, media, services, experience, licences, verification documents, and public descriptions.
- Enquiries, tour requests, saved properties, preferences, reviews, support messages, and other content you submit.
- Transaction and billing information needed to process paid products. Payment providers may collect payment-card or mobile-money information directly under their own policies.
Information collected automatically
- Device, browser, operating-system, IP-address, app-version, language, network, and diagnostic information.
- Activity information, such as pages viewed, searches and filters, links selected, listing interactions, referring pages, and the date and time of an interaction.
- Approximate or precise location when you permit the relevant browser, device, or app permission.
- Cookie, session, and correlation identifiers used to maintain your experience and understand activity across supported Services.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, public sources, verification providers, and other users, where permitted by law. We may combine that information with information collected through the Services.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, personalise, maintain, and improve the Services;
- create accounts and authenticate users;
- display listings and professional profiles and connect interested users with listing contacts or professionals;
- process saved properties, enquiries, tour requests, communications, and paid products;
- measure marketplace activity, diagnose problems, prevent fraud, protect users, and enforce our terms;
- send service notices, security alerts, support responses, and marketing communications where allowed;
- comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes; and
- create aggregated or de-identified insights that do not reasonably identify an individual.
Depending on applicable law, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, consent, compliance with law, and legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving the Services.
4. Cookies, app storage, and tracking technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, mobile identifiers, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, preserve saved items, correlate activity, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used.
A persistent marketplace identifier may be used across supported activities so that interactions can be analysed as part of one journey. Where required by law, we request consent before using non-essential technologies. Browser or device controls can limit some storage, but doing so may affect features such as saved properties, search restoration, or authentication.
6. Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The period varies according to the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable law.
We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password, protect your device, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request.
- You can update certain account and profile information through the available account controls.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Essential service messages may still be sent.
- You can manage browser, device, location, and notification permissions through the relevant settings.
- You can contact us to submit a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Some rights are subject to exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right provided by applicable privacy law.
8. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and children may not create an account or submit property or professional information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised policy and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
10. Contact us
